Reputation in the Reputation Tab in profile not showing all

A user on my forum has just reported that the reputation tab in the vbulletin profile is not showing all the reps given to him. He has 402 point(s) total but the reps tab is showing only two reps given by forum users. Check the attached screenshot

Have you verified in the "User Reputation Manager" that this user has more reputation comments than what is showing?

Follow:

AdminCP ► User Reputations ► User Reputation Manager

And then fill out the "View Reputation Comments" form with the user's name in the "Left For" field and set the "Start Date" with the date when you set up your forum and the "End Date with the current date, and click "Go."
