Comma in showgroups.php

I was wondering if there was a way of using commas in the showgroups area like...

User1, User2, User3

But in some places still have the default look for it?

Still looking for a situation for this... I saw it on a site before like this, but it's all customized for it. I thought it was really neat looking.
