Setup Progress Mod

Does anyone know where this plugin is from? I'm thinking it is custom to the owners of the site I pulled the image from, but it would be great if it was available out there somewhere.

It gives a few tasks for new users to complete, in order for their setup or profile to be 100%.

Yeah, that was what I had thought about as well, but it really does seems to be custom made

The one I posted about is for vBulletin, but the sites I know that use it all belong to the same group, and they do not share the plugin.
