VB5 Alert for Quoted Post

In VB 5, is there a plugin or a back end feature so a pop up window appears when a person is quoted in a thread? If so, where can I find more information on it. I am not interested in a private message being sent, or email. Just want a small popup saying you been quoted, and or hopefully being able to click it to go see the response to the quote

The pro version has the dbtech mention (http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/product/20-advanced-user-tagging/), I am sure that it can be coded by the developer you just need to contact him.

It is the closest add on you can get.

The popup is a good idea and so is the notification for when you miss the popup.
I also thought the vB 5 already had the @mention functionality built in.
