Seems we never deleted any banned users till day from our foruims *(due to internal rules)
But we have to finally delete this SPAM, which is meaningless..
Deleting from admincp is impossible.. (It crashes while load)
Any suggestions ?

Create a dummy usergroup, move users to that group in batches using SQL, then delete all members of that group in the acp.

I did this myself for a person's vB4 site a couple of years ago and Paul's suggestion is exactly the way to go.

What SQL would we use to do this Paul? Thank you !

Doesn't deleting banned users though leave threads and posts orphaned, I though I saw this happen and it messed up the forums , at least mine it did, it said user instead of the real username and a very weird looking post or thread ...
