No one can post on my page (php warning)

When submitting a new thread and submitting edits on posts

users are shown a php warning:

PHP Warning: require_once(includes/functions_ghsom.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ..../includes/functions_newpost.php(555) : eval()'d code on line 5

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'includes/functions_ghsom.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php56/pear') in /home/rklounge/public_html/includes/functions_newpost.php(555) : eval()'d code on line 5

I'm not sure what is causing this.
