just replace the logo image with your own, i guess it's .png file.

custom themes are expensive, how much do you want to spend?

Both of them look custom made. Not likely that they are released somewhere.

Ive got the Seamus theme, I was wondering if there is away to make the banner larger with our breaking the forum menu.

for the record:

solution was changing the height of the background image of the styles additional.css template.
