Threads Requiring Moderation Issue

So, I have a set of subforums in which users are attempting to post, but it is saying that the post requires modification.

- I have validated that the usergroups the users are members of have permission to post (Follow Forum Moderations set to Yes)

- I have also validated that the forums have Moderate Threads set to "no".

Any ideas what could cause them to continue to be placed in moderation?
