Do you have a link to the arcade plugin you want to install?
All released plugins at vBulletin.org don't require ionCube, that's for sure.

the arcade doesn't need ioncube, but the download addon does.

so if you don't want to offer gamedownloads, there is no problem.

in this case ibpro arcade will work fine without ioncube.




[edit] the arcade for invision power board is encrypted afaik, the vbulletin version is NOT.
