Hello I recently purchased Vbulletin5. I am learning to use it.
On my Vbulletin forum I want a pop up intro page so that before people can enter my site, they have to read the rules and a terms of agreement. Like a pop-up window that they have to agree to before they enter.
Where do I search for and buy vbulletin plugins?
or do you recommend a plug in to do this?
