I'm just looking to find out, I believe it's vBP but it seems customized beyond belief. If not vBP what posting code is that does it have a cp to control posts? Thanks

Thanks, I hope they can maybe release it or something.. I like vBP but like was said in the phpportals forums we need a working demo or something because $35 to purchase and later find out if it fits your needs is to much and too late. ;) still very powerful but not my style.. The search continues!!

LuBi, don't forget to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/vbulletin.org.php) page and enter your username so you can be a licensed member. :)

Anyway, are you talking about the main domain (www.vbulletin.org) or the main forum page (www.vbulletin.org/forum)?
Everything on this site is our custom code. :D

Try to remove your name and add it again. I think you added it before you activated your account that's why it didn't take. :)

The only thing on the main page that is really releasable is the Shoutbox, and that will be released today, and if not tomorrow. :)

Are you going to release it?

Can't you release some of the design? I really would love to have such a portal combined with vb it's a real killer I think.

What about the login box, I would like some help with a login on non vb page or whatever code you used.

My site's pretty integrated with vB as well. It's all just a little bit of php here and there and a few queries. I run my site off of three files, the functions script which holds functions like top5topics() and dothenews() that I've written to access the forum, a template html file to put it all in, and the index script which does all the work. Anyone who wants or needs help with code to do things like that is free to send me an email, PM, or catch me on an IM service. I like helping people out.

Hey, I'm open for paying jobs too :)

Hey Lubi, the phpportals.com main page is vBportals version 3.0. Other than a couple of typos, installation is a breeze compared to version 2.x. If you don't want to install topics, no changes (except styles) are needed to the main scripts. My site looks a lot like the vBportals site, except I haven't installed topics.

Its up now, there's another site that's really pounding the db, so I need to move it, like soon!

I did the graphics and set up all the html for the frontpage. After that Firefly went to work on intergrating vbulletin into the front page, it must have been a real chore, I can only imagine. Great work Firefly, it's so good somtimes it scares me :D
