User see white pages in threads

1 user in my forum says he cant see threads and all he sees is white blank pages.
if he log out he can see the threads but not as logged in user.

White blank pages usually indicate internal server errors.
Anything in the error logs?

all the server side is beyond me.
i found out that thing...

"server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name"

is it related?
the white page happens only to 1 specific user.

when something works fine for everybody but only for one user not, it's a user problem.

or is this one user in a specific group?

its only one user. how can he solve the problem? he can see the threads if he is log out but cant see if he logged in to his user.

i found out its happen to more people in the same group. what should i do?

So it is happening to several users in a specific usergroup?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

check after repair your db tables
