Manage Attachments Window

Can anyone tell me if the option when uploading pictures,files,etc... How to get this window uploading style:

Is there a setting? or a mod for it?

I was thinking that you can switch to the globally for anyone to use it, from admincp.

I have edited under my own profile and it works, is there a way to have more than one file to upload like in the first picture?

you could try in the admincp -> vbulletin options -> message attachment options -> asset manager enable.

there surely also is a query to set it as default for all users, but why? in my opinion the flash uploader is much better.
