Simple question - Users need to log in to view site

I know the answer to this is super simple but I've completely forgotten - how do I make it so that when unregistered people come to my site (forum home) all they see is the vBulletin message that says they need to log in?

Change the usergroup permissions for the usergroup "Unregistered / Not Logged In"?

That is so they can view posts but they cannot start threads or reply to posts.
