HTML Always Enabled for Admins/Super Mods

I have this hack installed on my board currently, but can't find the installation instructions for it so I can re-hack it into my vB 2.2.0. Anyone know what happened to this, or could someone make it again?

Well... it's really simple, actually...

I just re-wrote it for 2.0.3 as that's what I'm using, but it shouldn't be hard to adapt.
