No modules found

Hello there,
i just tried to add to the latest vb version the vbshout and its aint worked well so i desided to delete it,
all the modules in the edit page is been removed not sure why, i cant see the forums categories and all..

i need help to bring the forums back, as it seen, the feauters arent deleted safely.

i tried to readd the forum files, and change the styles, nothing helps.

now all i see in the edit page is "No modules found"
btw, i added to the config the script which disabling all the plugins and it didnt worked as should be.

Edit: Nevermind, i got to fix it by using the upgrade tool second time.
