Choose forum name on new thread creation

Hello guys,

I cannot remember but there was a modification which allows user to create new thread from the home page and before the submission I could choose from a list of forums where the new thread will be submitted.

Could you please help me finding it.

Thanks Stratis. But the one I remember was with pop up template to post from homepage or on forumblock and did not require to open new page.
