Does anyone know where I can get a hack like they have on the main page of this site that says "Since your last visit there has been XX posts, and XX theads."

That hack is really nice. It gives you a quick overview of how much activity has gone on since your last visit...interesting.

I coldnt find anything under the search, I didnt really know what key words to use so that might have been why I didnt find anything, But I'd really like to find this hack somewhere.
