Hello guys. I do not know where to post it. But I found in google this topic (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=236362) and decided to ask.
The fact is that recently my visits at forums (vBulletin only) began to appear that says:
"You have been banned for the following reason: spam
Date the ban will be lifted: Never".
I can not understand what was happening. I talk a lot, I'm versatile man. But no spam. No advertising.
Maybe my ip banned? I don't know how to fix it. And I ask for your help.

You need to contact the owners of any forums that you have been banned from. There's nothing we can do here to help.

Only ask the Admin to clear your ban IF you did no wrong and feel the ban was made in error. Also please note that sometimes when admins are setting up or redoing usergroup permissions one simple setting change (oversight/mistake on admins part) can cause the entire usergroup to be treated as a banned usergroup so always use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of said forum to contact the administrator and inquire (nicely) about your recent ban first before registering a new account .
For those visiting this thread who were banned due to going against the rules (or sadly some site owners are just well aholes sadly and in those cases = find a new forum to frequent imo) even if you dislike the site owner you should stay off the site after being banned since at that point in time... its a waste of your time to do anything else.
You could do a few things to try and bypass that but I'll skip sharing that info due to all of those who would use my knowledge in an attempt to have the "last word" or cause trouble "you run amok'ers you"!

Thank you guys for your reply. I have already used the "Contact Us" form. However, no response. Yes, I will try to register again. But I think it does not solve the problem. If I was banned prior to registration, it means that there is some black list. How do I remove my ip or other data which identified me as a spammer?

There is no automatic feature in vbulletin that bans people. Either you've been manually banned by an administrator, or else they have a modification installed that is banning you based on something. In either case there's nothing you can do except to try to contact them to find out why.

I believe some anti-spam features may 'auto ban' based on IP address, email address, or other values.

That they do! Now take into consideration the fact that cloudflare and similar services are making many ip's seem identical if not similar on certain sites due to server setup and your site due to an albeit awesome anti-spam defense (failing to realize this was a good method years ago but not now in the least) has just banned an IP that someone else will be assigned once they visit and now they're simply banned.
Wonder if this person is seeing cloudflare or similar ip's and banning them from offensive or disruptive members which is in-turn affecting normal members such as yourself? i.e. they were banned by ip, you visit the site now cloudflare assigns you that temp ip and BAM you just can't access due to the ip ban.

Perhaps my subnet has been banned or just my ip, don't know. But it is worth noting that I did not get banned from all forums.
As I noticed, "unsuccessful" forums are hosted in the U.S. Maybe a coincidence. Or the owners of forums allow users to register with only US ip. Anyway, there is no answer why I have been banned and they (owners) did not say a word.

I checked the IP address you are using to post here, it is listed in the Spamhaus blacklist as a source of spam/exploits and other nefarious activities, so it may be some kind of automatic check that is keeping you banned.
Unfortunately with the way IPs work you may have been given an IP someone else was using previously or someone could be using your IP without your knowledge now.
To try to get unlisted go here: http://www.spamhaus.org/

Have you ever checked if your ip or email has been added to this site (http://www.stopforumspam.com/search)

If my ip is listed in the Spamhaus, does this mean that forums (vBulletin) can ban me?
The stopforumspam.com found nothing.

If your email or IP was on that site it means if you tried to register with any site that has Spam O Matic or any program that uses there db then it would not let you register. So your best bet would be to talk to the admin of the site you are banned on as only he can help you
