The colors dont auto change to the styles you need some way of fixing that
There are 2 css files to change anything you want:
Just for the Tabs you need to edit: memberindex/tabs/top.css
For anything else: memberindex.css from admincp as all other vB css files

Thanks,
1.- I've turn on my site to check the demo.
2.- Social icons are a 3nd party plugin so it's difficult to change it. If I understood well you want to use static icons instead the rollover effect. Right?

I just get a error when accessing the members list after installing. I did set the usergroups.
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation

Thanks for replying.
I wanted to install this mod, and wanted to see if the social profile icons can appear under the user id , like in that picture! or maybe is just better to install that modification instead.
Thanks

The link is active but some hours before I changed the nameservers to point to my new server. In some hours the same link should works.
PS: I just tried the link at for me it works. Don't know if I'm seeing the old server or the new one. Most probably I'm still viewing the old server.

Onlt by modifying the code. My advice is to use a trick.
1.- Create a new Usergroup
2.- Add that members to the new usegroup.
3.- Set this usergroup to appear in memberlist. It will has it's own page.
Is not exactly what you want as sections appear in the main page.

Everything else works but the avatars on the memberlist do not work. It fetches a URL: http://www.coldplaying.com/forum//forum/customavatars/avatar29957_74.gif
instead of the correct one:
http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/customavatars/avatar29957_74.gif
What should I change so the avatar on the memberlist points to the correct path instead of adding the 'forum/' before the path?

As i can see the avatar link is wrong as it has twice /...forum//forum/....
In my code there is no hand coded link. It takes the link by the native vB function:
// Avatar
$member_avatarurl = fetch_avatar_url($member['userid']);
if (!$member_avatarurl)
{
$member_useravatar = 'memberindex/images/noavatar.png';
} else {
$member_useravatar = $vbulletin->options['bburl'] . '/' . $member_avatarurl[0];
}
At least tell me in which block or page the avatar does not appears.

Seems that something is wrong in your settings for site URL. Maybe avatars work in other places but this is because they don't use full url but relevant url.
Do a test. Open file memberlist.php and change line 110:
From:
$member_useravatar = $vbulletin->options['bburl'] . '/' . $member_avatarurl[0];
To:
$member_useravatar = $member_avatarurl[0];
Then save and uploade the file and check the block "Our Administrators" in homepage. It's also a good idea to clear your browser's cache before.

You could remove the Extra Tabs plugin you have that is not needed for 4.2.2 and disable all plugins apart from this one to see if that is a problem might help to see if there is a plugin causing a problem also check if all plugins are up to date

Curious.. How difficult would it be to add a new search field? For example, below User Name or location that searches a specific sql field under the user table. In this case, it would be a custom sql field (within the user table :p)
example:
New search field, lets call it custom 1 -> searches the custom 1 field under USER table in the database -> shows results.

Which slider does not works? As I seen in your page's code there you're using another 2 versions of jquery:

...........

........and mine...........

Maybe this conflists, or maybe your slider does not works with 1.10.2

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation

If not saved try a trick and keep it in memory as can happen for anymod. There is no explanation why it appears.
1.- Delete from forum_installation/includes/xml/bitfield_memberindex.xml
2.- Login to Admincp and goto Usergroup Permissions. Click to edit any usergroup, does not matters. You'll see a message "Rebuilding bitfields.."
3.- Goto any other part of admincp but stay at admincp.
4.- Upload file includes/xml/bitfield_memberindex.xml to forum_installation/includes/xml/bitfield_memberindex.xml
5.- Go again to Usergroup permissions and click edit to any usergroup. You'll see again the message "Rebuilding bitfields". Now the changes will be save.

Please give me the installation URL or check your page's output code to see if there are multiple instances of jquery there. Most probably this causes also the avatar problem as it messes the screen.

I'm using vbulletin 4.2.3. I got it to work. Thank you for the Mod :)
I thought it didn't work at the start, but then I realised you must enable it from usergroups (this isn't in the screenshots in the original post (http://i.imgur.com/iwJmwNF.png)).
These are my settings:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/08/54.png
^ I honestly don't have a clue what that setting does. Mind telling me Nick?
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/08/55.png
AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manger -> [Select Group]
Right at the bottom:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/08/56.png
Once installed, 'Members' Navtab didn't appear. It only appeared after I changed the setting to yes from usergroup (^administrator) & pressed saved on 'Members' from the Navigation Manger:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/08/57.png
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/08/58.png
^ That's the default settings. If you don't see some of the fields, then you still need to change your usergroup permissions to yes.
If you can't make it work, I suggest doing exactly as I've done (same settings) in this post.
@Nick
P.S= I suggest having a installation guide either as a installation text file OR written down in the original post.
Also include a screenshot of the this (http://i.imgur.com/iwJmwNF.png) in the original post.

If you're familiar using phpMyAdmin you must connect to your database and remove from table usergroup the field memberindex. Normally must be the last.
Another way is to modify the product-memberindex.xml and remove:
<codes>

<installcode>
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."usergroup ADD memberindex INT( 10 ) UNSIGNED DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL");
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."usergroup ADD ismemberindex INT( 10 ) UNSIGNED DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL");
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."user ADD mi_facebook VARCHAR( 255 ) DEFAULT '' NOT NULL");
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."user ADD mi_twitter VARCHAR( 255 ) DEFAULT '' NOT NULL");
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."user ADD mi_google VARCHAR( 255 ) DEFAULT '' NOT NULL");
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."user ADD mi_linkedin VARCHAR( 255 ) DEFAULT '' NOT NULL");
</installcode>
<uninstallcode>
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."usergroup DROP memberindex");
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."usergroup DROP ismemberindex");
$vbulletin->db->query_write("ALTER TABLE ". TABLE_PREFIX ."user DROP mi_facebook");

Then save file and import it.
Most probably is not only that field but all. Don't know why the fields didn't removed during uninstall.

Please give me the installation URL or check your page's output code to see if there are multiple instances of jquery there. Most probably this causes also the avatar problem as it messes the screen.
Just PM'd you the link.
Thanks for looking into it

Just can't get this working! I do not see the Member Index option in an Usergroup so can not grant permission to see the member list

If you can see in your folder forum_installation/includes/xml/bitfield_memberindex.xml then in UGP you must see the permissions. See the attached screenshot.

Okay, I think I am getting there! The problem I have now is that on clicking any of the options such as Online, Just Join, Groups or in Top Posters: Week, Month, Year, it points to http://rwf-forum.co.uk/vBulletin/content.php#month, however, that takes you to our Forum Home (CMS) Page!

Hello, I have installed this mod today on 4.2.3, went flawlessly. It takes some setting up especially for a dark theme, but it's very nice :)
I'd like to include more details in the member sections if possible. For example Join Date, last visit, post count, custom profile fields.
Is there a way to add this?
Many thanks :)

Since installing this mod, my forum statistics for "Most users ever online" keeps resetting to the number that are currently online. Anyone else with this problem?
It's changing the maxloggedin setting every time someone views the memberlist page.

maybe I'm doing something wrong, no install log in download but, I uploaded everything to root directory and added product-memberindex but mine is still a default to my style and theres no where (that I can find) to change anything. only thing I didn't do was this since idk how:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^browse-members/([^/]*)/ ./memberlist.php?do=browse&groupid=$1 [L,NC]

1.- Have you cleared browser's cache (also system cache from admicp is a good idea).
2.- Have you set usergroup permissions on who can access the page, who can use advanced search etc?
3.- Have you set which usergroups to show in lists?

Same here. That's something I can't live with.
Also when a new member changes to another usergroup (promotion), this user doesn't show in the 'Just Joined' section anymore.
