Wordpress Participant's Database on vBulletin?

I would like to enquire whether there is a similar mod to the following WordPress Plugin which allows users to enter information in a form for predefined fields and then other users can all search through that information as a database repository of sorts.

If there is none, I would have to install this as a wordpress blog and then somehow integrate that into my vbulletin installation, which is a real cumbersome way just to use one particular add-on in my vbulletin site.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for your assistance. Actually I was hoping that there's a similar mod to Participants' Database in vbulletin so as to avoid having to intergrate Wordpress with vBulletin just to use one mod. I don't use Wordpress at all for my site and to intergrate everything to use one WP mod is overkill.

Participants Database is essentially a mod that allows users to input text fields into a database and allows users to then search that database to find out previously entered data.

Hope you or someone has some leads on a similar mod for vBulletin.
