Hi everyone hope you can help

When i log into my admin cp click on options,if i click on any option then go to the help icon then click that it shows my 404 custom error page instead of the words

anyone any idea's i know its probably a simple fix

When i click the help icon i notice the links it shows my help.php file in cpanel.Do i need to edit my help.php file in cpanel

Do you have any seo plugin installed if so, then you have not configured it right

Go to your ftp and find either error_logs or ask your host for any server error logs also any errors will be emailed to the email you have set in the config file if you have any errors or warnings post that info here

If a error or you have a problem from a plugin you need to ask in the topic for that plugin for support you can also try disabling plugins via your config file to do that follow this.

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);To enable plugins again just comment out the line
//define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);Use notepad++ (http://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.6.8.html) to edit any files

Guess what the same thing happened when i click on anyone skype symbol it redirects me to my error message

What i had to fix was this the sendmessage.php file i renamed it and put a 3 on the end like this sendmessage.php3 and now it works.

I had to do the same with the help.php i put a 3 on the end like this help.php3 and that fixed my admin icon

I am not sure why this as happened all of a sudden
