No PM Notifications

I've tried disabling some plugins, nothing. I have no idea at all what has caused this and I've gone through settings. Maybe there's something I missed. Just no notifications appearing at the top-right of my forum. It used to work fine. If somebody could help out I'd really appreciate it. My site is: www.outlawstarnex.us

Try disabling ALL the plugins, not just some.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Also, have you tried using a default style?

When did the problem start - what changed on the site or server?

What version of PHP is on the server?
