Hello,

When I go to my forum without the www and login I stay logged in but when I go to the url that includes www it shows me as a guest. What could be causing this?

Hello,

Since you allow users to login to your site via both http://www.yoursite.com and just http://yoursite.com, then you MUST have your cookie domain (AdminCP > Settings > Options > Cookies and HTTP Header Options > Cookie Domain) set to ".yoursite.com" (no quotes, but note the period at the beginning) or your users will have problems. You will probably need to clear your browser cookies after making this change.

Also currently my url's are set up like this (This is the member support forum):
http://testing49875.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5

Is there any way to have my url display this way?
http://testing49875.com/member-support
No, not like that. It would have the forumid and /forums in the URL like: http://testing49875.com/forums/5-member-support
