Anyone knows how to get this template for VB5?

I urgently need to find someone who may either know how to buy the below template or know who may be able to reprduce something similar.

That's one of the best templates I have seen and if it could work for VB 5.1.7 then it would be awesome.

I have tried to get in touch with the company but it seems it is a ghost website and the company is dead.. all old posts and no one is answering any e-mails. :erm:

Got in touch with the guys, they are swamped atm. I'm excidet to see if they will ever get their templates up to date.

Okay purevb.com seems to be som trash, they keep deleting tickets even if they are sales related.. lol. they may also be swamped with money to do so..
