Problems With Uploading Theme

Hi guys,

I've downloaded a great theme, which I woud like to install. The help files has two instructions:

1.Upload contents of "Back2Basics" to "core/images/Back2Basics" in your file system.
I don't know which info I need to put in FileZilla to get to the files. My hosting is the vBulletin Cloud and domain is HostGator.
2. Import the XML File using the template manager
I have not seen any ways to upload or import a XML file in my panel.

The problems are that I can't find out how to do those two things. Please, check the info in bold for my questions. I hope someone is able to help me with this.

If you have vBCloud hosting, then you are unable to upload styles.
