Forum broke since update

Just uploaded all the content inside the 'Update' folder to my ftp for version 5.1.6 (was upgrading from 5.1.5)

Now i have this error when i go on my forum www.lomgn.co.uk

That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.


Any idea what ive done wrong please? :(

Works for me don't see any error on your site

I don't see any error either. But, I do notice that you have not run the upgrade.php script. You need to do that to complete the upgrade.
