I have recently almost finished my new design from my forums, I have decided to go with the morbid design but obviously edit most of it to my likings. I have placed my current website header and footer into this also with some fancy features;

Firstly you need to increase font size for your forum, it is too small to read.

I wondering why your friends suggested you change this

I definitely find the content rather hard to read due to the font size as well as the light gray color on the gray background.

Also, the header nav can use a hover effect.

Your homepage itself renders really bad on mobile and is almost impossible to navigate. The forums themselves on mobile are fine, since it's the default vB4 mobile style. However, it does not match your existing site at all.
