Why is this text always interrupted by space?

I am running vbulletin 4.2.2 PL4

And when I post for instance (besides of other text):
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Win dows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw 5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets

It appears always with a space like LocalSta te, regardless where it is posted in a thread.
The fix over at vbulletin.com does not work.

Any hint? How can I fix it myself?

In your AdminCP, follow:

Settings►Options►Thread Display Options(showthread)►Number of Characters Before Wrapping Text

And set this to 0...does that work?

This issue was quite bothersome to our users trying to construct math expressions using LaTeX, as it frequently broke their code, and so this option was a must for us. :D

Yes,
same here.

Some avoided it using the code tags, but a long windows path for instance or a registry path isn't code...and when users at our forum tried to copy and paste the paths, they have got issues of course...
