Changing in the form of the editor !!

Hi

I'm trying to get a way to add caption to images that uploaded to my forum, I don't want to use new bbcode because of article thumbnail issue !!.

So, If I can change the original [img] bbcode to include the caption if exist, how can I add it to the editor form so I can add the caption directly like title, description and style things?
