Disable upload of file or image in editor

Hi guys,
I am trying to prevent from uploading file or image to my host.
I have test this way:
Admincp/usergroup/manage usergroup/Can Upload Attachments: I have changed to NO!
But user still can upload image and file into host!
How can I solve this problem?

Did you perhaps give the usergroup customized permissions in the forum in Usergroups > Channel Permissions?
