Hello friends , I want delete all files from my host, and reinstall again, without lose vbulletin files , users, and threads , i installed a lot of stuff, and now my forum have a little bug with chrome , how i can do that? all without lose data?
When you move your forums, all you need is a database backup and the files of your plugins.
If you don't copy over the files of your plugins, you should temporary disable all of your plugins in the admincp and upload the files of your plugins again.

Try disabling your hacks one by one to find the problem.

Do not delete anything, yet.
First uninstall every thing you have installed properly including any uploaded files folders that came with them. It may take you some time but that is the nature of the beast.
Revert all templates that you have edited to take them back to default.
Doing as stated here will make your site like new without losing members or any threads/post.
What you are hoping you could do as stated in earlier post will open a big can of worms and give you many headaches and cause you to post here for help..... just do as I stated and you will be happy.

WARNING: Do NOT do this if you do not want to lose all information addons may have saved in the database. Uninstalling addons normally deletes all data connected to them. If that does not matter, you can proceed as eddie suggested.
