Deleted Posts recovery

Is there a possibility of recovering deleted posts?

I was writing content to my forum and I spent days and many long hours creating this content. I did not like a post I made so I deleted it and I guess I deleted all of my posts in the forum (admins posts).

This really sucks. I combed the database and found nothing. What can I do in this situation? I worked really hard on the content and I hate for it to be gone like it never happened.

Thanks in advance for any help. I figured this post was worth a try though I doubt anything can be done about it.

You can only restore it in case you "soft" deleted it or if you have a database backup.
In case you physically deleted it, it's really gone.

no cache files? nothing at all I can do?

No cache files of your content in vbulletin, no. Who knows what you have on your server. You should ask them that.

Chances are your host most likely has a backup (they should....or they live in the stoneage.) Act quick though, and ensure you restore to a point when the content was there. All hosts utilize different backup and archival schedules.
