DBTech Mods (Lite)

Hi, I haven't been able to find an answer to this question. The DBTech Mods (lite) versions... Are they free, a trial or what? Is there a cost involved? We have several lifetime paid mods from DBTech but some of them seem just what we need in the LITE versions.
