As questioned..
Need some inhelp if dbseo is worth upgrading against VBSEO.. which is now abandoned.

We cannot spend time on configuring those XYZ settings customized for site(s).
Just need a review..

Just require this:
Settings configured in vbseo to be imported properly.
SiteMaps etc. to be working properly..

Rest we can question.

Thanks.

Before I left vB I was using VBSEO and swtiched to the dbseo paid version, worked really well
If you're sticking with vB and need to move awat from VBSEO then yes the dbseo paid version will do what you want it to do and worth the money i'd say.

If you had vbseo then yeah, I would say it is worth it but if not it really is not needed these days though I love some of the extra features it has. I use it on my forum and do not even use the url features.

what are the features that you like best about it?

i'm on vb4 and vbseo. been loathe to change anything b/c it's been like that for years for seo purposes. i know that dbseo (just heard about it today) can easily swap my vbseo to dbseo so that's good to know.

if i wanted a better mobile presence...would vb4 and the mobile addon be my best choice or should i just go vb5 and their mobile feature.

I would say it is not worth it, although I've converted over vbseo to dbseo on several clients and they seem happy.

I wouldn't do it on my own site.

or should i just go vb5 - NO

Any specific reasons for no installing dbseo ?

What everyone cares is to maintain the old url structure used by vbseo ** important requirement**
Vbseo Sitemaps **
Nothing more important I guess.

We switched from vbseo to dbseo recently without problem. dbseo is a better piece of software feature wise and it is supported much better than vbseo ever was. Definitely make the switch.
