Disable vB5 Post Moderation

I cannot for the life of me disable post moderation regardless of the forum permissions. Is this possible with vB5?

It was a simple fix with vB4 but it seems as though the forum permissions did not carry over after the update.

All Channel Permissions have 'No' ticked for 'Require Moderation for Posts' with no affect.

Usergroup permissions are also set to not require moderation for new posts.

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Do you have "Anti-Spam Akismet Service" enabled or the key filled out in Spam management? I could not disable the service, but had to delete the key regardless of the setting being disabled. It resulted in the same behavior as you're describing.

What do you have set for "Follow Channel Moderation Rules"?

If no, posts are always placed into moderation queue

I do have Akismet enabled w/ key; I'll give that a shot. Thank you.

All are set to follow channel moderation rules, which does not require post moderation.

It was indeed the Akismet key that was causing all posts to be moderated, regardless of its enabled/disabled status.

Yup.

I believe past versions had 1-10 increments or settings that allowed the degree of filtering by Akismet. That is missing in VB5.
