hi All,

I just set up a new forums (http://www.titanaircorps/tacforums) and want to adjust all the colors on the page. I've searched this forum and vbulletin.com for help and although there are a lot of threads on changing colors, every post gives directions that don't match up with my 4.2.2 version. Here's what I'm doing so far with no luck...

To change the colors, I am going to Styles & Templates >> Style manager >> "Style Variable Editor" >> then GO

When the next screen come up, I scroll down to Header, then click on header_background.

Here it let's me change the color but when I hit enter to save it, I get the errors below:

Warning: Declaration of vB_DataManager_StyleVarDefn::delete() should be compatible with that of vB_DataManager::delete() in ..../includes/class_dm_stylevar.php on line 233

Warning: Declaration of vB_DataManager_StyleVar::save() should be compatible with that of vB_DataManager::save() in ..../includes/functions_log_error.php on line 615

Honestly, I'm not sure what any of that is telling me. Either way, it won't let me change colors.

Is there another setting I need to change first? Am I trying to change the forums colors in the wrong place? Are the colors in this template locked somehow? Yes I am far from an expert here, so I would really appreciate your help. (pretend like I'm a 5 year old LOL)

Thank you all!

uh-oh! It seems I have stumped the board! LOL usually someone can chime in quickly and get me going.

To simplify my question, I do know how to get to where I need to be to change the color of the header and backgrounds, etc...

But no matter what I try to change, I get the error messages as seen in the above post.

I'm not sure how to fix that error or really what that error is telling me. Anyone??

Maybe this is a bug or coding error with 4.2.2 vBulletin??
