Please add the following line to your config.php file under the <?php line:

define('SKIP_DS_ERRORS', true);

Then see if you still have the same problems.

A few things...

Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions - no files should be listed as not containing expected results - is that the case with your site?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Try using a totally default style and see if you still have the same problem. To create a default style, create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Set this as the default in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Styles & Languages > Set Default Style. Then go to Maintenance > Clear System Cache. Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Take a look at your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) and see if anything is in there.

I did disable all the plugins and try it does not work
second option you told me to add the new template i did the same.
but i am unable to select the other i am sending the screen shot which you can check that the website does not allow to select .
i have added the two screen shot which you can see in attachment. one for the added template other for the selection.
please do help i guess i am near by this. Once i generate support ticket they said that java script has some issue something then they didn't reply me. they were saying i am having the commet chat and delete it i did the thing but still the problem is there.
i will be thankful to you if you do help me.

Exactly what problem are you having with the attachments?
You do what, it does what, exactly.

What happens when you try to upload?
What happens when you try to upload images? Inside a post? In the albums?
Give me something to go on and maybe I can help

Are attachments stored in the database or filesystem (check Attachments > Attachments Storage Type)? If in the filesystem, did you enter a FULL (not relative) path to the attachments? Have you verified the directory is chmod to 777 recursively?

i ask once, i don't ask twice

and other than "edit your config or any other files with notepad++", where is your advice on how to fix her problem or, are you just critiquing others? She doesn't need notepad++. She can use notepad. Is your next advice to her to "reboot" or re-install vb?

You cant edit your config or any vb files with just notepad you need notepad++ it will cause problems if you use normal notepad
