Hello,
my PC was infected wirh a RAT Virus all my Mails and Accounts has been Changed and my vBulletin License elsewhere ...
I have my ID Card, my Old Mail, my Security Answere and my License Number,,, is it possible to take izt back ? I have no member access to vbulletin member area :(

I only posted that above ^ due to the fact I see you have 18 posts and by now should be setup correctly.
- It's the weekend therefor there might be a longer delay than usual please bear with them until someone gets back to you. Very sad to hear this, I wish you the best of luck in resolving this.

The Sales team handles license transfers and such. They only work Monday through Friday 9-5PST. So, as Paul says, you may need a little patience.
@TheLastSuperman - he is showing as Unlicensed because I would guess theese people removed his email from the license.

ROFL DUH @me, tis Sunday I'm not supposed to be firing on all cylinders until tomorrow.
- Burnt spark plug out!
*Ohh yeah one thing I do remember is, go ahead and trace down your paypal or credit card receipt for the transaction - that will help prove its your account because those purchase details should still be on file.
