Problem - can not enter usercontrolpanel - no access

Hello,

i run a vB 4.2.2 PL4 an have the Problen, that no registered User can access the usercontrolpanel - access denied.

can not find any option / right for this.

can anyone help? need more info, what?

Is this for all groups or just default registered members group

i have modified the groups .. thats right but not all and i have tested with a account the unmodified group - same problem. Admin have not the problem!

Then, if it is only happening with some groups, then it is a setting in the group causing the problem or some custom plugin. Check under General Permissions in user group manager for each group having problems. If all ok in General Permissions then
Disable plugins via config if this fixes the problem enable plugins again via config, then disable one plugin at a time until you find the problem one

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);To enable plugins again just comment out the line
//define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);Use notepad++ (http://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.6.8.html) to edit any files
