Template help please?

I purchased a skin and haven't been able to get any support for this issue. I was told it was a style variable issue but I have no idea where to look to fix it myself. One of the theme's colors works correctly, but another doesn't. I thought I could go into the style variables and compare the two and fix this myself, but I just don't know where to look. When I click on Community, Forum Actions, or Quick Links I get what I've shown in my attachments. Could someone please point me in the right direction? No sure if I should be looking in header or navbar or somewhere else. Thanks so much for your time.

Did you try contacting the people you bought it from?
Usually they offer at least a year support.

Yes, support is pretty much non-existent. I've been waiting over three weeks for a reply.

You should go through the customized stylevars and make sure if there is a Units dropdown, that there is a valid unit selected (like pixels).
