Reputation points and user title

Hallo guys,

Auser some days ago reached 450 reputation points and he should have received the 9th star (1 star every 50 reputation points) but strangely he lost all the 8 stars that he had previously (see attached) and got just 1.

I changed his reputation points to 449 and he got the 8 stars again. But he will face the same problem when he will get again 450 or more reputation points.

He is the first to user who got more than 450 reputation points, so I think it will happen again in the future with other users.

The solution would be to avoid to add the 9th star, and set as a maximum 8 stars. But how can I do it?

Is this done via a mod or using the rank system?

That is not default vbulletin - you are using a modification. Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.
