I have a fixed layout and not enough room on the blog editor pages. The editor area overflows its box and overlaps the right-hand column.
The problem arose when a plugin changed the number of buttons in the editor. I've made it manageable by removing some of those buttons - now at least you can see everything you type - but don't want to lose the rest. Besides, it's a mess in general (see attachment).
I imagine this could be fixed if I could...
widen the area given to the edit box, maybe? - it seems to have a few pixels of empty margin space
remove the subscript/superscript buttons from the editor (it's the bottom line that overflows)
replace the editor with the 'quick reply' one (with its small, simple array of buttons)
I don't know how to do any of these. I don't mind editing templates or files - just can't identify what to edit. :o
If you can either a) help or b) point me to someone I could pay for help, that would be great. Thank you.
