Forum Banner Ads

I'm trying to figure out how to insert a banner ad after a forum thread. I have seen it on other vB sites like this one:

Not inside the thread, just at the end of the page displayed. Suggestions?

That is google ads you need to go to vb members area login and add it to your forums then reupload your files. But there might be a plugin around that will do the same try searching see what comes up
