i had the VB Pro Garage installed, ver 3.0.6
It doesnt work with 4.4 and i have more than 100 members' vehicles in db.
I would like to upgrade, not losing the current images and db.
Any suggestions please?

Hire a programmer to upgrade it after you upgrade vBulletin to the latest version of 4.2.2. That is pretty much the only thing you can do unless you are a coder/programmer yourself.
