I want to change the meta description but i can`t.
When i share the website the meta show`s like in picture

The meta description, are you changing in, ACP --> Settings --> Options --> General Settings?

I changed that and nothing! When i share the page the description Vbulletin appears, not the description i set it up!

Did you clear the cache in the maintenance section after changing the meta?
