Is there a very well known SEO company that works with vb websites that can do the SEO for them. Thanks

Not for vBulletin 5, however.

I doubt they will, they show no interest in vB5 at this time, especially SEO wise.
My proof, ( https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=2535220&postcount=13 )

It's likely best to post in requested services section, there are many of us who do "SEO" work for our clients. ;)
Also there is are several improvements that can be done that wouldn't require db's mod.

It was talked about on their site a few days ago that they will do it at some point

Can't remember the post it was a few days ago you would need to check their site

Nah, I don't need to research something I am not claiming someone said. :)

Up to you but not going to waste my time trying to find it

So I should waist my time for something you are claiming someone said somewhere? If you are going to say someone said they are going to do something, and someone calls you out on it, you should be able to provide proof of such statement, or just don't comment at all. :)

It's not something we've said we'll do, I think there might have been a miscommunication somewhere. It's categorically not something we plan to (or are able to) do just now.
vB5 is basically impossible to make complex mods for & IB haven't shown any actual interest in fixing that over the past 1-2 years. It's unlikely we (or anyone else) will ever make complex mods for vB5 as a consequence.
Best bet for improved SEO for vB5 is to go with a trusted SEO improving service :). If you want a mod to improve the software for SEO, or in any other way, don't use VB5.

I know I seen it being said by staff on your site, but takes too long to go over all topics one reason I won't be looking for it even to prove someone wrong. From what I remember someone asked will you or another staff member will ever be updating all your plugins to work with vb5 and the reply was something along the lines of "not yet until vb5 is more stable" not sure of what was said in the post or what staff member said it but it sounded like at some point you will be updating all plugins in the future to work with vb5

Burden of proof is on the accuser. Even if you did read it somewhere, it is a moot point, as the accused has said in this thread that it is not going to happen.
Anyhow, back to the OP, you should do as Brandon suggested here, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=2535192&postcount=6
