Install Auto Resizer

Just wondering if there would be any that could help me out and install an auto resizer onto my forum? Sorry don't know much about installing things onto vbulletin or the data base but maybe someone can help me out. Much appreciated.

yes im sure it very easy but I too looked into this thread and I will be honest I have no clue. Like I said I don't know anything about vbulletin as I inherited this forum from a good friend. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated.
