A vbulletin customer is threatening to hack my vBulletin forum because he thinks i'm trying to steal his members. Anyways one of his forum moderators already hacked into our gaming servers and messed up our files. (I have his real IP) Now hes saying my forum is easily "hackable" I have a screenshot of our conversation and his IP. Can he get in trouble for doing this since he is a vbulletin.com costumer?

We don't get involved in third party disputes. If you have actionable evidence someone is committing a crime you need to contact law enforcement.
I'm pretty sure the vBulletin.com license agreement and terms don't state that they can revoke licenses of customers who threaten people/other customers.
By the way hack threats happen all the time and most of the time nothing will happen to your forum. If you keep your plugins and forum up-to-date, you should be ifne.

They don't, but its never a good idea for someone who is a more or less neutral third party to get involved in disputes between two people. Its your word against theirs.
