Threads automatically posted to Facebook/Twitter

I searched through the vbulletin 4 mods section but could not find a mod that allows new threads to show up on facebook/twitter that everyone agreed worked and was a success.

A lot of forums use these and I was hoping to have something similar for my forum. Can anyone recommend successful mods for this type of thing.

That is trail and error. Some work on some forum, some do not. You will just have to try them out and see what works and what does not unfortunately. There is no set stable releases for that out there in the mods section that I recall.
